Reah Maxine Lee, 93, of 900 Provident Drive, Warsaw, and formerly of Atwood, died at 1:15 p.m. June 12, 2013, in Mason Health and Rehab, Warsaw. She had been in declining health for several months.

ELKHART - Shannon V. Corwin, 86, of Nappanee, died at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 12, 2011, in LuAnn Nursing Home, Nappanee.

COLUMBIA CITY - Hazel B. Sweeney, 93, of Columbia City, died at 12:27 a.m. March 13, 2008, at Miller's Merry Manor, where she was a resident since Feb. 13.
