SYRACUSE – Edward E. Foltz Sr., 85, Sun City Center, Fla., passed away peacefully Aug. 15, 2014, at his residence. He was born Feb. 13, 1929, in Burket to Don and Lola Holloway Foltz. He was married for 65 years to Marjorie Miller Foltz, who survives. He worked and retired from the Leesburg Elevator and was a veteran of World War II. Also surviving are two sons, Gregory Foltz and Kenneth (and spouse Cathy) Foltz; a daughter, Debra Hill; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a sister. He was preceded in death by a son, Edward Foltz Jr.; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a brother; and two sisters. A private graveside service will be Saturday at Leesburg Cemetery. Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
