An Argos man will serve up to 1-1/2 years in prison for exchanging nude photographs with a minor girl. According to court records, Miller sent nude photographs to the victim Miller pleaded guilty to the charge on Feb. 2 in Kosciusko Superior Court I. Miller’s attorney, Jay Rigdon, argued that Miller isn’t hardwired toward young girls and there was no physical contact. The incident occurred at a time when Miller had a lot of stress in his life, Rigdon said. “I take full responsibility for my actions,” Miller said. Judge David Cates sentenced Miller to three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections. He suspended 1-1/2 years of the sentence with probation. Miller will get 137 days credit for time served.
