NAPPANEE — Melody Ann Slabach, 59, Nappanee, passed away at 12:40 p.m. May 9, 2017, at her residence, after a three-month illness.
She was born Aug. 19, 1957, in Arcola, Ill., to Lester A. and Florine Lehman Yoder. On Aug. 27, 1977, she married Philip Slabach. He survives.
She was a member of Nappanee United Methodist Church.
Family and friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. May 19 at Nappanee United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jim Davidson will officiate. Burial will follow in Union Center Cemetery.
