WABASH COUNTY - Ind. 15S will be closed at 2.2 miles south of Ind. 14 while the Indiana Department of Transportation repairs a drainage tile.
Work will begin Tuesday. Because the tile is buried 12 feet deep, a section of the southbound lane of Ind. 15 will need to be removed. The detour route via Ind. 114 and Ind. 14 adds 12.3 miles for through traffic. Another reference point for the project is .2 mile south of CR 1500N, which is the same as CR 1300S in Kosciusko County.
Weather permitting, the work should be complete by Friday. INDOT encourages motorists to be aware of the restrictions and to proceed with caution while traveling through work zones.
