SYRACUSE – James C. “Jim” Stucky, 97, Syracuse, passed away at 4:42 a.m. March 28, 2016, at The Maples of Waterford Crossing, Goshen.

ROCHESTER - Vickie Renee Looker Crispen, 43, of Rochester, died at 12:32 p.m. Sept. 1, 2010, from injuries in a motorcycle accident in Wabash County.

NORTH MANCHESTER – Lavonne L. Spiece, 86, of North Manchester, died at 4:10 a.m. Aug. 2, 2011, in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester. She was born Sept. 22, 1924, in Fort Wayne, to Cecil L. and Gertrude Miller Merrick. On Nov. 18, 1944, she married Walter “Whitey” Spiece Jr., who died Oct. 7, 1987.

Junior Shirey, 74, of Mentone (Palestine Lake), died at 9 a.m. Jan. 24, 2012, in his residence, surrounded by his family,  after a long battle with cancer.

Alma Marybelle Dennie, 98, of Plymouth, and formerly of Argos, died at 1:15 a.m. Jan, 26, 2013, in Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth.
