BOURBON – Lyle J. Gephart, 84, longtime Bourbon resident, passed away Sept. 3, 2015, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after a recent illness.

Annette Fabray Yoh-Farris, 44, of Cromwell, died at 5:49 a.m. July 25, 2012, in her residence.

Patricia Deane Ulrey, 87, died July 23, 2011, in Grace Village, Winona Lake. She was born March 9, 1924, in Columbia City, to James and Cora Anders Loe. Due to the death of her mother, she was raised by her aunt, Orpha Shepherd. On Oct. 25, 1958, in South Whitley, she married Paul Ulrey, who survives. He showed her unconditional love throughout their marriage.
