Annette Fabray Yoh-Farris, 44, of Cromwell, died at 5:49 a.m. July 25, 2012, in her residence.
She was born March 20, 1968, in Van Wert, Ohio, to Harold B. and Jilda Mae Searfoss Yoh. On Dec. 10, 2011, in Fort Wayne, she married Elden Farris, who survives.
A lifetime Cromwell resident, she graduated from West Noble High School in 1986. She worked at Kidd Co., Ligonier; Dairy Queen, Syracuse and Ligonier; and Staples, Warsaw.
Also surviving are four children, Teresa M. (and spouse Justin) Ray, Cody D. (and spouse Chrystal) Hensley and Andrea J. (and spouse Nick) Marchand, all of Cromwell, and Linda L. (and spouse Anton) Napier, Milford; five stepchildren: Debi J. Woods, Lexington, S.C.; Tina M. (and spouse Mike) Emery, Andrews; Waldo “J.R.” E. Farris and Ralph E. (and spouse Tammie) Farris, all of Fort Wayne; and John D. Farris, Pendleton; her father, Harold B. (and spouse Daphne) Yoh, Leesburg; her mother, Jilda Yoh, Van Wert, Ohio; a brother, Toby Yoh, Ligonier; eight grandchildren; 18 step-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City, with Pastor David Smitley officiating.
