- Coulter - Bad - Silver Lake EMS - Coulter - Not So Bad - Affordable Housing - Price Of Gas Coulter - Bad Editor, Times-Union: The letter from Ted Carter about Ann Coulter was right on the mark. …

Editor, Times-Union:I heard from a friend regarding the new Family Video in downtown Warsaw that she thought there was an adult-only section, but she was not sure.

Editor, Times-Union: Beware of the Lakeland Regional Sewer District and the plans they propose!

Editor, Times-Union:Never have I ever been so proud to be an American. This election season has seen the best of forward thinking and progress in the right direction.

- Punishing Homosexuals - Sodom Destroyed By Si - Disasters Are Warnings - Fall Is Beautiful - Mustangs Awesome Punishing Homosexuals Editor, Times-Union: We cannot thumb our nose at God and not expect judgment. How have we done this? By saying we don't want you in our schools. We don't want your commandments on display in public places. We want to live by our own rules. The homosexual says, I want a different lifestyle. He sent AIDS but you keep right on.AIDS has killed millions. Some churches have even ordained homosexual ministers.

Editor, Times-Union:On Oct. 9, I did not realize that the latch to the tack compartment wasn't locked on my horse trailer prior to traveling.

Editor, Times-Union:If the unrevised history of our country has shown us anything it is that the corporations allowed to regulate themselves don't.

Editor, Times-Union:I know no one has written about women preachers for awhile, but each week I sit in the pew and tell myself something has to be said. So, here I go.

Editor, Times-Union:Ask any of the 600 employees of Cardinal Services why they work there, and they will tell you that it's the clients who make their efforts meaningful and worthwhile.

Editor, Times-Union:Imagine this scenario: The country's average worker only wants a secure job for the next two years anyway, maybe paying like the one he has now or a little better, but the economy is shaky at best. The average employer foresees layoffs looming large because sales are down almost to nothing, if not coming to that already. The big three domestic automakers not only employ their own workers, but peripheral support industries and more workers yet. As you know, the same domestic automakers are now asking for large sums of public money, and we're not getting anything for that exchange - the big three just want to remain in business longer, but with no strings attached. The system didn't change at all - just the names.

Editor, Times-Union:Perhaps it's gilding the lily to make comments about letters to the editor.

Editor, Times-Union:I once witnessed an egregious example of not understanding the rules: A traffic light changed, and a car stopped in the intersection to wait for it to turn green again.

Editor, Times-Union:I have been Dr. Musaberk Goksel’s patient for over a year now. He is a caring and wonderful doctor.

Editor, Times-Union: Thank you, Monica Boyer, for the courage you demonstrated in writing your letter “What happened to all the evangelicals?” I, too, strongly encourage the evangelical church in America to get involved in this battle and I, too, speak to myself because I have not been vocal enough. We have largely been silent in American and we cannot afford to be silent anymore. Thank you to the Catholic Church for speaking out this past week and setting an example for the rest of us.

Editor, Times-Union:We have known Rebecca Kubacki for many years.

- Weapons Ban - Gun Issues - Truth About War - Cultural Problems Weapons Ban Editor, Times-Union: Senator John Kerry recently criticized President Bush for letting the ban on assault weapons expire.Perhaps the junior senator from Massachusetts needs to check his job description, found in the U.S.Constitution. As a member of the legislative branch, it is his job to introduce, debate and pass new laws.As a member of the executive branch, it is President Bush's job to sign or veto bills presented to him by the legislative branch. Since a bill extending the assault weapons ban never reached the Oval Office, President Bush did not have the opportunity to "let" the ban expire.

Editor, Times-Union:Wednesday, May 7, at 5:05 p.m., gas prices all over Warsaw were going up $.24 to $.25 a gallon.

Editor, Times-Union:The recent mailer sent to District 22 voters by the Indiana Business for Responsive Government (IBRG) accusing Curt Nisly  of treason is the lowest, meanest, nastiest piece of political trash I’ve ever encountered in my life.

Editor, Times-Union:The Constitution provides no right to be a slum landlord or let one's home be a rat trap.

Editor, Times-Union: Not only is our own state leaders trying to destroy our unions, it seems the government is in on it, too.
