William 'Bill' Kuhn

ANGOLA — William "Bill" Kuhn went to be with his Lord on Nov 1, 2017, at Cameron Memorial Community Hospital, Angola.

Born in Warsaw, Bill joined the Navy as a medic after high school, then returned to Fort Wayne and worked as a bartender at Henry's.

Years later, after joining AA and moving to Angola, he became director of Four County Transitional Living. He served faithfully and cared deeply for his friends, family and community. He will be greatly missed.

Surviving are his nephew Brian Kuhn (Teressa); great-nephews: Justin Wolf, Fort Wayne; Jacob Kuhn (Kara), West Lafayette; and Alan Kuhn (Michele); great-nieces, Jessie and Josie Neugebauer of Elk Grove, Calif.; great aunt, Gwen Carter; cousins Linda Francis and Kevin Carter, Warsaw; and sister-in-law, Ann McGaw, Fort Wayne.

Preceding him in death were his brother, the Rev. Thomas Kuhn; and his parents, Robert and Corrine Kuhn.

Interment will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov 10. at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.

Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, at Angola United Methodist Church, with services at 4 p.m.

Arrangements have been entrusted to H.E. Johnson & Sons Funeral Home, Angola.
