Argon Cycle Works, 310 Argonne Road, Warsaw, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Wednesday.
Owner Cory Hickson said Argon Cycle Works opened last week. Argon Cycle Works is a full-operation bike shop, doing sales, service and repairs and rentals. There are a couple different levels of tuneups to a general tuneup, to make sure everything is working correctly, to a full bicycle overhaul.
They are serving the Kosciusko County area and they’re going to be going to be providing a bicycle-based service for the community, he said.
The idea of opening up the shop started about 10 years ago when Hickson was between jobs, he said.
Hickson explained the name of his business. It not only incorporates the name of the road the shop is on but argon is the welding agents used to weld bicycle frames.
Hickson said he hopes Argon Cycle Works can provide good service with honesty, integrity and service the community can trust.
