Valerie Collins, 58, of Fort Wayne, and formerly of Warsaw, died at 10:32 p.m. December 24, 2012, in Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born June 22, 1954, in Martin, Ky., to Fonzo and Sophia Conn Crum. On Oct. 28, 1967, in Martin, Ky., she married Marvin Collins, who survives in Warsaw. She was a homemaker. Also surviving are a daughter, Krissi Enyart, Fort Wayne; six brothers; six sisters; and three grandchildren. Services will be at noon Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Junior Arnett officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
