SYRACUSE – Susan Smith, 70, Syracuse, passed away Feb. 1, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse. She was born Sept. 9, 1945, in Fort Wayne, to Charles and Pauline Wagner Blue. She was a Syracuse area resident since 1979. Surviving are a daughter, Paula Fiscus, Milford; a son, Brad (and spouse Cheryl) Smith, Franklin, Tenn.; seven grandchildren; a brother, Jeff (and spouse Ann) Blue, Fort Wayne; and two sisters, Patsy (and spouse John) Howeltt, Michigan, and Marianne (and spouse Carl) Miller, Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clark Smith; a son, Todd Smith; and a son-in-law, Todd Fiscus. A memorial service is at 6 p.m. Saturday at Eastlund Funeral Home, with Golden Seaton officiating.
