Ronald J. Beeson, 69, of Etna Green, died Sept. 28, 2007, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Jan. 15, 1938, in Keokuk, Iowa, to Charles Fred and Florence Culbertson Beeson. On Sept. 10, 1966, he married Susan K. Moser, who died May 5, 2002.
He worked in produce at Owen's Grocery Store, Warsaw, for the past 31 years. He was a veteran of the National Guard, Warsaw, and a member of Bourbon Lion's Club. He enjoyed ballroom and square dancing and loved classic cars.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dave (Fatima) Hofer, North Manchester, and Mrs. Larry (Carolee) Busenbark, Warsaw; a son, Matt Beeson, Warsaw; five grandchildren; and two brothers, Donald (and wife Ruth) Beeson, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Chuck (and wife Deanna) Beeson, Etna Green; and companion, Linda Bell, Bourbon.
Services were at 1:30 p.m. today at Warsaw Wesleyan Church with the Rev. Will Lawson officiating. Burial was in Harrison Center Cemetery, Etna Green.
Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, was in charge of arrangements.
