Richard "Dick" E. Spitaels, 64, of Warsaw, passed away at 5:57 p.m. Sept. 7, 2010, in Warsaw.
He was born Aug. 30, 1946, in Grosse Point Farms, Mich., to Peter A. and Irene Crowhust Spitaels.
He was a resident of Kosciusko County since 1985, and was the regional manager for Ameritech-Warsaw. He was a member of the Mustang Club of America, and he loved his horses and his dogs.
He will be lovingly remembered by his three daughters: Heather (and spouse Ken) Brengman, China, Mich.; Patti Roland, Harrison Township, Mich.; and Meaghan (and spouse Jason) Wingate, Mooresville; a son, Pete (and spouse Diane) Spitaels, Roseville, Mich.; 11 grandchildren; and his beloved fiance, Mona Steiner, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be at a later date.
No calling is planned.
