Rhonda Jean Fitzgerald, 55, of Winona Lake, died at 8:17 a.m. Aug. 27, 2007, in her residence.
She was born July 13, 1952, in Jenson, Ky., to Ronald and Helen Rose Bennett. On April 5, 1970, in Marion, she married Marlin Jay Fitzgerald, who died Nov. 18, 2004.
A resident of Winona Lake for 21 years, she was a school bus driver for Warsaw Community Schools. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Denny (Sheryl Lynn) Harlan, Warsaw; two sons, Don Richard (and wife Laura) Fitzgerald, West Lafayette, and Jeffrey Jay (and wife Lisa) Fitzgerald, Warsaw; two grandchildren, Joshua Dean Fitzgerald and Jack Michael Fitzgerald; a sister, Alice Carroll, Middleton, Ohio; and her parents, Ronald and Helen Bennett, Marion.
Services will be at noon Thursday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral chapel.
