• 5:47 p.m. Monday - Jason Andrew Ratliff, 38, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 12:35 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremy Allen Worthington, 35, Bremen, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:43 p.m. Tuesday - Jamie Martin Wolfe, 44, of 2510 N. CR 800W, Cromwell, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear and three charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:30 p.m. Monday - 3362 East Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw. Van hit parked vehicle registered to Jeanette A. Nissley, Old Colony Road, Warsaw. Driver: Germaine I. Wilson, 61, Walkers Ridge, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:53 p.m. Monday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:36 a.m. Tuesday - Two bicycles were reported found in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.
