Paula Faye Stahl Blankenship, 45, died at 11:50 a.m. Sept. 19, 2010, in Rochester.
She was born Feb. 26, 1965, in Ironton, Ohio, to Everett Phillips and Peggy Jo Creger Meadows Evans.
Living most of life in Warsaw, she loved the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Club, horseback riding and rock 'n roll music.
Surviving are three daughters: Tasha Stahl, Rochester; Lacey Blankenship, Warsaw; and Cassidy Blankenship, Gallipolis, Ohio; two sons, Shannon and Joshua Stahl, both of Warsaw; four sisters, Sherry (and spouse Leonard) Blanton, Rochester, and Elaine (and spouse Ron) Trumbull, Patty Jacobs and Linda (and spouse Tom) Stapleton, all of Warsaw; a brother, Robert Shelton (and Penny Hamilton), Warsaw; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy Jo Evans, who died March 24, 2010, and her father, Everett P. Meadows, who died July 3, 1995.
A memorial service will be at noon Thursday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by the Rev. John B. Lowe II of New Life Christian Church, Warsaw.
Calling is from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at the funeral home.
