ANDERSON - Mary Waneda Gray, 85, of Leesburg, died June 15, 2007, in her residence.
She was born April 28, 1922, in Anderson, to Elzey E. and Clara Shafer Robinette. She married L. Harold Gray, who died in 1998.
Living in Anderson until moving to Leesburg in 1974, she worked at Guide Lamp for 22 years and was a member of American Legion, North Webster, for 35 years.
Surviving are two children, Thomas Gray, Leesburg, and Mrs. Max (Patricia) Newkirk, Indianapolis; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorothy Rigney, Anderson; and a brother, Louis Robinette, Anderson. She was preceded in death by a daughter, a great-grandchild, a sister and five brothers.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home, Anderson, with the Revs. Marvin Baker and Alfredo Lozano officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
