NORTH WEBSTER – Mary Ladd, 95, of North Webster, died July 14, 2012, in her residence.
She was born Oct. 19, 1916, in Sidney, to Samuel and Awilda Boyer Meloy. In 1936, she married Paul E. Ladd, who died in 1970.
She graduated from Sidney High School and was a homemaker. She was a lifetime Kosciusko County resident, having moved to North Webster in 1952. She was raised in the United Brethren Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Sharon (and spouse Larry ) Zieske, Billings, Mont.; two sons, Gene Ladd, North Webster, and Phil (and spouse Carol) Ladd, Kimmell; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter. She also was preceded in death by 15 brothers and sisters.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster, with Pastor Dennis Judy officiating. Burial will be private in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
