Linda Lou Yeiter, 75, Warsaw, passed away Aug. 21, 2015, at Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester.
She was born Nov. 13, 1939, in Warsaw, to Dwayne and Maxine Wideman Horn. On July 21, 1956, in Atwood, she married Larry Yeiter, who survives in Warsaw.
She was a farmer’s wife and a homemaker. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church and a former member of Lamda Chi Omega. She loved to travel and enjoyed gardening and tending her flower beds. She also enjoyed cooking and sewing. She was a member of a bowling league.
Also surviving are: a son, Jerry (and spouse Diane) Yeiter, Warsaw; two daughters, Carmen Yeiter, Warsaw, and Cindy (and spouse Dan) Koldyke, Silver Lake; five grandchildren: Jenna (and spouse Scott) Burton and Ashley (and spouse Shade) Keeney, all of Claypool; Matt Koldyke, Burket; Chris Koldyke and Russ Yeiter, both of Warsaw; 4.7 great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Sharon Miller, Judy Robinson and Luann Horn, all of Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her prents, and two brothers, Billy D. Horn, who died Aug. 24, 2014, and Larry G. Horn, who died Nov. 28, 2001.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Otterbein United Methodist Church, Atwood, with Pastor Jim Larson of the church and Butch Troke, of Beaver Dam United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial is in Harrison Center, Etna Green.
Calling is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.
