ROCHESTER – Linda D. Wilkins, 69, formerly of Rochester, died at 4:42 p.m. Nov. 1, 2014, at Caring Hands, Peru. She was born Jan. 9, 1945, in Milesburg, Pa., to Herbert and Lennett Smith Hillard. On July 17, 1965, in Milesburg, she married the Rev. Clifton John Wilkins Jr., who died Feb. 20, 1999. Private family services will be held at a later date.
