Leisa Marie Rossi, 47, of 304 E. Pink Magnolia Drive, Warsaw, died March 9, 2011, in her residence.
She was born Dec. 2, 1963, in Warsaw, to Jerry Ray and Geraldine "Geri" Gilbert Newton.
Living in Kosciusko County for 32 years prior to moving to New York, she also lived in Las Vegas and spent time in Italy. She was a 1982 Warsaw Community High School graduate; attended Purdue University; and received a bachelor's degree and master's degree in business administration from Saint Leo (Fla.) University. She was the administrative director of operations for Fire & Water Restoration, Syracuse, N.Y.
Surviving are two daughters, Arianna Rossi, Warsaw, and Callie Green, Bluffton; a son, Zach Green, Bluffton; her mother and stepfather, Geri and Richard Ralston, Warsaw; her father, Jerry Ray Newton (and fiance Linda Odem), Warsaw; two brothers, Troy (and spouse Kristy) Newton and Tim Newton, all of Warsaw; a sister, Shantel (and spouse Kent) Garrett, Noblesville; and grandmother, Bonnie Newton, Winona Lake. She was preceded in death by grandparents.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw, with Father Phil DeVolder officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
