Kelby Craig Jones, 37, Warsaw, passed away at 8:38 a.m. Feb. 7, 2016, in his residence. He was born July 11, 1978, in Peru, Ind., to K.C. and Doris Tibbets Jones. He met LaDonna Fitzpatrick Jones, who survives, in 1998, and they were united in marriage June 10, 1999. They had four children: Kyle, Marissa, Collin and Hayley Jones, who survive in Warsaw. He lived in Colorado until he moved to Rochester, where he graduated in 1997. He went back to school and graduated from IPFW with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He took a job with Warsaw Community Schools as a building tech at Harrison Elementary, then was promoted to a district tech serving Harrison, Washington, Madison and Leesburg Elementary Schools and Edgewood Middle School. He also worked weekends at Avis Car Rental, Warsaw. He also is survived by his mother, Doris Tibbets Jones, North Carolina; a sister, Alice Jones Harris; and a grandmother, Ella Jones, Marion. He was preceded in death by his father, K.C. Jones; a sister, Johna Jones; and grandparents, Rex E. and Mary Harger Tibbets and James and Arthena Downey Jones. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastors Danny and David Jones officiating.
