Joyce Darlene Irons, 71, of Warsaw, died at 9:20 p.m. Jan. 26, 2008, in Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Milford.
She was born Aug. 2, 1936, in South Bend, to Joseph and Monica Irons.
Moving to Warsaw from Fort Wayne in 2000, she enjoyed her friends and activities at the day services at Cardinal Center, Warsaw. She was loved by all those who knew her sweet ways.
Surviving are three brothers: Thomas Irons, LaGrange; William Irons, Orland; and Lawrence Irons, Granger; four sisters: Kathleen Mahar, Osceola; Phyllis McWilliams, North Liberty; Mary Lou Wierda, Mishawaka; and Karen Schwalm, Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Joseph Frederick Irons.
A private service was held today at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Osceola
