PERU - Jacqueline J. "Jackie" Mowery, 71, of Peru, died at 3:38 p.m. May 3, 2008, in Howard Regional Health System.
She was born May 13, 1936, in Donalsonville, Ga., to Charles B. and Mary Lynn Kemp. On Dec. 24, 1954, she married Ted Mowery, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, including Tim (and spouse Barb) Mowery, Warsaw; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren and a daughter.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, Peru, with Pastor Robert Adelsperger officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Peru.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
