FAIRVIEW, Tenn - Henry J. Allen, 53, of Fairview, Tenn., died Oct. 14, 2010, in his residence.
He was born July 4, 1957, in Warsaw, to Chris and Virginia Slone Allen. His wife, Tanya Allen, survives.
Also surviving are three brothers: John Allen, Delphos, Ohio; Chris Joe Allen, Leesburg; and Bucky Slone, Warsaw; a half brother, Harvey Allen, Warsaw; and a sister, Judy Pennington, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant daughter.
Services were at 12:30 p.m. today at Fairview Chapel, Fairview, Tenn. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Nashville.
