BOURBON – Frances E. Palmer, 97, of Morganton, S.C., and formerly of Bourbon, died Feb. 6, 2012, in Morganton.
She was born Feb. 11, 1914, in Marshall, to Edward and Myra Lewis Warnacutt. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Garland Sellers and Woodrow Palmer.
A devout Christian, she attended Burkemont Baptist Church and was a member of Bourbon First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Eddie (and spouse Melody) Sellers, Morganton, and Jesse (and spouse Karla) Sellers, Parma, Mich.; a sister, Velma Schultz, Bremen; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by two sisters.
An informal time of sharing will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, Bourbon. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
