SYRACUSE – Donnabelle L. Darr, 85, of Syracuse, passed away June 22, 2012, at IU Goshen Hospital.
She was born Dec. 18, 1926, in Leesburg, to Donald E. and Blanche M. Ross Hart. On Feb. 14, 1947, she married Harold “Bill” Darr who preceded her in death in 1971.
She was a homemaker and was a baker for Augsburgers Grocery, Syracuse. She attended the Syracuse Church of God.
Surviving are two daughters, Dixie Darr (and Bob Welty), Goshen, and Debbie (and spouse Steven) VanderReyden, Syracuse; a son, Dennis Darr; a sister, Betty Stocker, St. Petersburg, Fla.; 18 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Bill Dar, who died in 1996.
Services will be at noon Tuesday at Eastlund Funeral Home. Burial will be at Syracuse Cemetery.
