Dian Ruth Wrightsman

SOUTH WHITLEY – Dian Ruth Wrightsman, 59, of rural South Whitley, died at 2:56 a.m. Dec. 28, 2012, in Saint John’s Hospital, Anderson, where she was admitted Christmas day. She had been suffering from cancer. She was born Oct. 23, 1953, in South Bend, to James William and Evelyn McClellan Moore, who survive in Bradenton, Fla. On Aug. 17, 1974, she married Bruce Wayne Wrightsman, who survives. Living in Marion and Columbia City, she moved to the South Whitley area in 1988. She graduated from Osceola Brethren Christian School in 1971, attended Child Evangelism Institute and Kentucky Mountain Bible College and Mt. Vernon Nazarene University. She was a self-employed crafts maker and a member of United Methodist Church, South Whitley. She taught Sunday school for 40 years. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at United Methodist Church, South Whitley.
