Delores I. Kats, 75, Warsaw, passed away at 12:42 p.m. Feb. 2, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born May 10, 1938, in Crown Point, to Clifford and Mildred Brownbridge Brumbaugh. She was married to Richard Flamme, who passed away in 2011, and to William Kats, who passed away in 2006.
She had been a resident of Kosciusko County since 1975 where she worked as a cashier for 16 years at Owen’s Supermarket on Center Street in Warsaw.
She will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, James (and spouse Lori) Kats, Rochester, and Michael (and spouse Shelly) Kats, Warsaw; two daughters, Gail (and spouse Jerry) Mullins, Claypool, and Connie Flamme, Warsaw; 20 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Shirley Williams, Indianapolis. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her son, Lyle Flamme.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor Tom Miller officiating.
Calling is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
