Cindy Lou Rogers-Ruggles, 62, Warsaw, passed away at 12:25 p.m. April 6, 2016, in inpatient at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne. She was born June 10, 1953, in Goshen, to Tom Hann and Louise Balsley. She was a homemaker. She was a selfless and loving mother who was known for her feisty personality. She enjoyed coloring and sewing. She also enjoyed bargain hunting at garage sales and Goodwill. Surviving are a daughter, Marcella K. (and spouse Rick See) Guise, Mentone; two sons, Tim Ruggles, Warsaw, and Seth Ruggles, Plymouth; a daughter, Virginia (and spouse Michael) Ruggles-Sleighter, Bourbon; three stepchildren: Barbara (and spouse Jerry) Fear, Rochester; James Ruggles, Arizona; Stella Ruggles, Silver Lake; 20 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Rocky Lane Hann, who died in 2015. No services are planned at this time.
