MILFORD – Cheryl Elaine Fifer, 67, of Leesburg, died April 12, 2011, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Sept. 27, 1943, in Warsaw, to Deloss and Lois Marie Davis Harman. On March 22, 1961, she married Kenneth Ray Fifer, who survives. 
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and cherished her family. She was a homemaker from the heart, was a generous, caring and selfless person. She was a member of the GWRRA, Chapter F, Warsaw. She will be missed deeply by her family and friends.
Also surviving are four daughters: Penny (and spouse Ronnie) Adams, Claypool; Kelly (and spouse Ted) Hart, Rochester; Cathy (and spouse Randy) Hoover, New Paris; and Cindy Wharton (and Mitch Price), Milford; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; her mother, Lois Marie Harman, Leesburg; and two brothers, Dean (and spouse Linda) Harman, Leesburg, and Duane (and spouse Lois) Harman, New Paris. She was preceded in death by her father, Deloss Harman; a son, Richard Lavon Fifer; and a great-grandson, Tucker Wayne Adams.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Mishler Funeral Home, 461 W. CR 900N, Milford, with the Rev. Amber Karkosky-Litten officiating. Burial will be in Leesburg Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
