Charles F. Robinson Sr., 31, of Pierceton, died at 5:56 a.m. June 5, 2007, in Syracuse.
He was born Sept. 15, 1975, in Hammond, to Jewell Ardell and Priscilla Johnson Robinson.
Moving to the area in 1983, he lived most of his life in Pierceton and was a student at IVY Tech, Warsaw.
Surviving are his mother, Priscilla Robinson, Warsaw; a son, Charles F. Robinson II, Warsaw; four brothers: Chauncey and Lawrence Robinson, both of Warsaw; Tommy Ray Robinson, Florida; and David Thomas, Cedar Lake; a sister, Sarah Carey, Highland; a half sister, Rose Marie Shafer, Jackson, Miss.; his fiance, Ashley Slater, Pierceton; and his fiance's daughter, Xyla Slater, Pierceton. He was preceded in death by his father, stepfather and two sisters.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
