Charles Allen Creighton, 64, Cape Coral, Fla., passed away Oct. 17, 2009, in his residence.
He married Gloria, who survives.
He was a 1964 graduate of Mentone High School and a veteran of the US Army, stationed in Korea.
Also surviving are a daughter, Tracy (and spouse Dennis Huddleston), Shipshewana; a son, Troy, Wakarusa; two granddaughters, Vanessa and Savanna Huddleston, both of Shipshewana; and two sisters, Elaine (and spouse Harry) Bornmann, Northglenn, Colo., and Ann (and spouse Melvin) Fuller, Fort Myers, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Kathryn Creighton, Atwood; a brother, Roger, Bonita Springs; and a sister, Gloria Jean.
A memorial service was held Oct. 16 at hope Hospice and Oct. 17 at the Veterans of Foreign Wars, both of Cape Coral. Burial will be at a later date.
