MENTONE – Alma G. Drudge, 80, rural Mentone, died at 9:30 p.m. June 29, 2016, at her residence. She was born April 13, 1936, in Floyd County, Ky., to James and Erma Aldridge Setser. On June 30, 1956, in Claypool, she married Rex J. Drudge, who survives in Mentone. She had worked for United Telephone, Warsaw, in her earlier years and was a homemaker. She was a graduate of Auxier High School, Auxier, Kentucky. She attended Cook’s Chapel, Warsaw, and enjoyed quilting, fishing, cooking and gardening. Also surviving are a daughter, Rose Zartman, Leesburg; three sons: Rodger (and spouse Christina) Drudge, Jacksonville, Fla.; Eddie (and spouse Rebecca) Drudge, Claypool; John (and spouse Karla) Drudge, Mentone; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a sister, Lou (and spouse Richard) Silveus, Mentone; four brothers: Frank (and spouse Aloha) Setser, Germantown, Ohio; Marvin (and spouse Wilma) Setser, Clintwood, Va.; Calvin (and spouse Shirley) Setser, Prestonsburg, Ky.; Jimmy (and spouse Pam) Setser, Etna Green. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and two sisters. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cook’s Chapel Church, Warsaw. Burial will be at Harrison Center Cemetery, Etna Green.
