Susan Allyn Howell, 57, of 1202 Wooster Road, Lot 70, Winona Lake, died at 5:51 p.m. July 3, 2011, in her residence. She was born March 15, 1954, in San Bernardino, Calif., to Charles Richard and Trudy Elaine Alvey Wroughton, who survive in Park Forest, Ill.
