NORTH MANCHESTER – At Wednesday night's meeting, the North Manchester Town Council approved an amended version of the town employee handbook.

SOUTH BEND – Travis Frazier, 28, Rochester, was sentenced by United States District Court Judge Cristal C. Brisco after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm as a convicted felon and possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, announced Acting United States Attorney M.
