Tara Louise Miller, 31, passed away April 6, 2016, in her Indianapolis home. She was born April 20, 1984, in Warsaw, to Gary Ray Miller and Amber L. Blackford. She was dearly loved by her family and friends. She loved her dog Dallas, fishing, hunting, music, playing guitar, writing, traveling and helping others. She was employed at Fatheadz Eyewear, Indianapolis. Surviving are her parents: Russell and Amber L. Blackford, North Webster; three brothers: Jack E. Miller, Warsaw; Gary R. Miller Jr., Pierceton; Ryan (and spouse Danielle) Blackford, Mexico, Ind.; three sisters: Nyla Miller and Amy Delap, both of Warsaw, and Emily Blackford, Michigan; and special friends: Jaimie Devney, Nashville; and Rico and Oona Elmore, Indianapolis, who loved and cared for her. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, William R. and Ernestine K. Watson and Jack and Edith Miller; her biological father, Gary Ray Miller; and a sibling, Russell Blackford Jr. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be May 21 at the Atwood Community Center.
