Scott B. Ream, 60, Warsaw, died at 4:32 p.m. April 28, 2008, at his home.
He was born Dec. 11, 1947, in Fort Wayne, to Paul and Beverly Patterson Ream. On March 20, 1987, in Goshen, he married Patricia Shaw, who survives.
He lived in the Warsaw area for 20 years, coming from Fort Wayne. He was a machine operator at Homecrest, Goshen, for the past 24 years.
He was an MP with the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged Dec. 27, 1969.
Also surviving are a daughter, Angie Wadkins, Warsaw; three grandchildren, Keiandra, Breanna and Noah Wadkins; a brother, Mike (and spouse Sonya) Ream; two sisters, Janet (and spouse John) Hansen, and Jo Ellen (and spouse Mike) Surak, all of Fort Wayne; and his mother, Beverly Ream, Pontagorda, Fla. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Ream.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Rick Smith, of Calvary Baptist Church, Oswego, officiating. Burial will be a Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with military graveside services by VFW 1126 and American Legion 49.
