Sara J. Lipp, 79, formerly of Warsaw, died April 24, 2012, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
She was born in Indianapolis to William P. and Dorothy M. Ramsey.
She graduated from Warsaw High School and was a registered nurse at Parkview Hospital for 16 years, retiring in 1996.
Surviving are three daughters, Dorothy A. (and spouse Tim) Shake and Carol J. Lipp, all of Fort Wayne, and Nancy J. (and spouse Robert) Castle, Arizona City, Ariz.; a son, David R. (and spouse Celeste D.) Lipp, London, Ohio; and two granddaughters. She was preceded in death by a sister.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
