• 1:25 p.m. Thursday - Tommy Jean Helms, 19, Grand Rapids, Mich., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 8:18 p.m. Thursday - Anthony M. Hoover, 41, of 10 EMS W29 Lane, North Webster, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $25,250.
• 9:05 p.m. Thursday - Cherrie Lynn Fox, 44, of EMS W29 Lane, North Webster, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $25,250.
• 9:04 a.m. Friday - Trevin Robert Miller, 23, of 1824 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:49 p.m. Friday - Barbara Jane Lockhart, 39, of 22 EMS W23C Lane, North Webster, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content between 0.08 and 0.15 with a prior. Bond: $700.
