The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:02 p.m. Monday - Maria Tafolla, 47, Bourbon, Mich., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,500.
• 9:55 p.m. Monday - Sarah M. Flak, 31, of 838 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:10 a.m. Tuesday - Ty R. Shepler, 52, of 3762 W. Old Road 30, #675, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
Incidents
• 7:57 p.m. Monday - Intimidation was reported in the 500 block of Prairie Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 8 p.m. Monday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 800 block of North Harrison Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:47 a.m. Tuesday - A driver was arrested in the 400 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.
