• 3:33 p.m. Wednesday - Cody J. Felger, 37, of 49 EMS W19 Lane, North Webster, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $10,250.

• 9 p.m. Wednesday - Robert A. Stouder, 40, of 503 W. Center St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.

• 2:15 a.m. Thursday - Charles D. Zollinger, 31, of 410 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $10,250.

• 3:48 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North CR 500E and East Defreese Road, Milford. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Kevin A. Grindle, 52, East Bayview Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:12 p.m. Wednesday - Kings Highway, 30 feet south of 13th Street, Winona Lake. Car hit dog. Driver: Abigail L. Miller, 26, Terrace Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:03 a.m. Thursday - East Pierceton Road, 200 feet east of South CR 400E, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Mary J. Benitez, 36, South Lynwood Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.



Incidents

• 10:42 a.m. Wednesday - An employee of Kroger in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported a counterfeit bill was used at the store. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:34 p.m. Wednesday - Fraud was reported in the 100 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:49 a.m. Thursday - Police responded to a report of an impaired driver in the 2800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:52 a.m. Thursday - Police took a juvenile complaint in the 200 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
