• 6:39 p.m. Monday - Christopher J. Miller, 43, Plymouth, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:02 p.m. Monday - Jacinda A. Wuthrich, 27, of 404 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

Injuries: Davis complained of head pain but refused medical treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:55 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North Detroit Street and Anchorage Road, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Edmond S. Crousore, 52, East Ridge Drive, Warsaw; Brain P. Norman, 55, East CR 575N, Leesburg. Injuries: Crousore was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, for complaint of pain to the neck, back, ribs and shins.
