COLUMBIA CITY - Mary Delores Zwick, 89, of Winona Lake, and formerly of Columbia City, died at 3:37 a.m. July 24, 2007, in her daughter's residence.

She was born Aug. 1, 1917, in Whitley County, to Lewis Frederick and Nora Minnie Pequignot Hine. On Sept. 27, 1941, she married Truman William Zwick, who preceded her in death.

She attended Jefferson Center High School, Whitley County. From 1957-70, she lived in Jefferson Township, moving to Fort Wayne for a brief time and from 1970-2006, she lived in Washington Township. She was a homemaker and worked at General Electric for a brief time. She was a member of St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church and a former member of St. Catherine Catholic Church, Nix Settlement and the rosary sodality at the St. Paul.

Surviving are three sons: Stephen M. Zwick, Kendallville; Lowell T. Zwick, Fort Wayne; and Charles D. Zwick, Clarksburg, W.Va.; two daughters, Marilyn A. Keeler, Fort Wayne, and Mrs. David (Dorothy E.) Burkhart, Winona Lake; six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; two brothers, Ralph and Paul Hine, both of Fort Wayne; and three sisters, Louise Teusch, Huntington, and Mrs. Leon (Helen) Guillaume and Marcella Palmer, both of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by three sisters and two granddaughters.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, Columbia City, with Father Larry Kramer officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Cemetery, Columbia City.

Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City, and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church. There will be a rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
