MARION - Juanita E. Roark, 67, of Kokomo, died at 2:10 a.m. Dec. 16, 2009, in Wesleyan Health Care Center, Marion.
She was born Oct. 8, 1942, in Grant County, to Delbert D. and Phyllis Davis Barber. She married Carl David Roark on Nov. 13, 1959. He survives.
Also surviving are her mother; two daughters, including Michelle (and spouse Mark) Scrafton, Warsaw; a son; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father and a grandson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service North Chapel, Marion, with the Rev. Ken Sandefur officiating. Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park, Marion.
