NAPPANEE – Helen Neill Kirkwood, 86, Nappanee, died Jan. 9, 2015, at her residence from a long battle with cancer. She was born Dec. 10, 1928, in Dundee, Scotland, to Charles and Mary Easton Hill. On Aug. 8, 1952, at St. Andrew’s Church, Motherwell, Scotland, she married John C. Kirkwood, who died July 17, 1998. Services will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, with Pastor Terry Tyler officiating. Inurnment will be later in Scotland.
