Elizabeth Rikki Kline, 14 months, passed away at 8:40 p.m. Oct. 8, 2012, in Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born July 28, 2011, in Fort Wayne, to Bobby Kline and Katina Combs.
Also surviving are a brother, Timothy Kline, Fort Wayne; his maternal grandparents: Kolin and Sherry Young, Fort Wayne; and maternal great-grandparents, Charles and Sue Frush, Warsaw, and Ray and Jewel Mullins, Fort Wayne.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor Dan Minnix officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Silver Lake.
