COLUMBIA CITY - Dorothy Mae Myers, 87, of Columbia City, died at 12:33 p.m. Dec. 1, 2007, in Miller's Merry Manor.
She was born Feb. 20, 1920, in Cadillac, Mich., to Benjamin Harrison and Mable Alton Hepner Keiser. On Nov. 21, 1940, she married James E. Myers, who died in 1976.
Surviving are three sons, including Michael J. (and spouse Rochele) Myers, Warsaw; a foster daughter; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother. She was preceded in death by a son.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Smith & Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City, with the Rev. Dr. C. James Cress officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
